REQUIREMENTS:
* SEC Registration / Articles of Incorporation / By-laws for Private Institutions or Charter for State Universities and colleges
* Certificate of Accreditation issued by FAAP
* CHED / DECS / TESDA Accredited courses / programs
* Bulletin of Information
* Faculty Profile
* Pictures of buildings, laboratories / libraries; and,
* Other credentials, as may be required by Student Desk
* Payment of Accreditation Fees\
