My high school choir's performance of "Rosas Pandan"

haha my cousin, Ate Grazie, has been begging me to post this...

This was the Christian Brother High School honors choir I was in last year. We sang Rosas Pandan at a Catholic high school festival, and it was really fun to learn and sing. I had to help a bit with the pronunciation.  ;D Everyone sounded pretty good for just three filipinos in the choir. haha. It's already been viewed over 8000+ times, but it's definitely worth checking out! :)

BRAVO and I give you an applaud for this posting.  I love it.....and i feel am home! Wonderful representation, and I saw you there among of those three Pilipinos.  Can't believe that!.....I am very proud to hear it especially performed from foriegners. :-*

Babe, thanks for posting this though it took me almost a month to see this thread! 

Ms. Bambi and Dong Enzo, I was there when Alyssa's Christian Brothers Choir sang this in a church.  I think they got a standing ovation after they sang Rosas Pandan!  It really made me so proud that the group, with Mr. Slavink's (spelling) direction use our song among all songs in the world and considering that there were only 3 members of the Choir who had Pinoy blood! 

Babe, didn't you also sing "Maya, maya..."?

I dont know if its only me, or others feel the same, but everytime I hear a filipino song( especially cebuano/bisaya, manlimbawot jud ako balahibo ;D

Thanks, guys!  Nice jud bitaw kaayo ilang rendition anang Rosas Pandan.  Bisan dili mga Pinoy, grabe pamakpak ug apil pod sa standing ovation.  Well done jud and Alyssamarie a.k.a. smiffy was kind of consultant in the pronunciation aspect.

Cel, not just Filipino but Bisaya jud na kanta!
