wow! i love the taste of fresh juice from a recently opened lubi. when i was in valencia, i became familiar with the sundang and its use in opening a lubi.

Mikey, when I drove across Bohol, i was amazed at the beauty of Northern Bohol. Especially when i drove through Ubay, Inabanga, Candijay etc. Inabanga and Ubay, in particular, caught my attention. Considering the breadth of their agrarian rice lands!

Great pictures!

lol. at your young age, you are already considering retirement? haha dili pa uy!

the ginamos in ubay is pretty good too.

concerning ginamos, i will only eat ginamos if it is from bohol. and specifically if they are from: Valencia, Tagbilaran (manga fish market has great ones), Ubay.

its okay mikey. mag moderation na lang.

the first time i tried ginamos was this summer. I went to the mercado in valencia , and ordered some. my goodness, the ginamos in valencia is so good. the ginamos is so good because its different from other town ginamos bcuz its small. the way they ferment the ginamos in valencia is different. naa jud difference. ive tried the ones in loay, lila, garcia h, jagna and even dimiao. naa jud differensya.

ginamos is so good with rice and fried eggs. especially in the morning. sus!

or when i was in valencia, when i visited anas and manga, i ate ginamos with kamote. sus lami'a.

now i am hungry thinking of ginamos from valencia... :-\

mikey, the ginamos in ubay is one of the best. i must say. the fish tinola that i had in ubay was also amazing. i would not be surprised if ubay becomes a city in the future considering the size of the town and the growth.

we are from Tagbilaran City, naa pod sa Baclayon mostly but our grandfather bought a farm in Ilihan, Ubay. kadto bata pa kami, we always go there for our yearly vacay and there's a reason to come back now because our first degree cousin Ricky Gatal is now a Barangay Captain over there.

I would like to someday visit Mindanao. I have relatives in Cagayan De Oro. Ingon sila ang tonado sa mga tawo didto sa Cagayan De Oro, pari rapood kono sa bolanon.  Naa pood sila ug "J". haha
