yea i actually had fried fish today, ning adto ko sa local market and bought fresh tilapia. One for me and one for Bryan, my room mate. (we're both observing lent so we're not eating any meat at all during lent)
Lami kaayo uy! Gutted the tilapia, scaled it, peppered it with black pepper, some sea salt and drizzled it with lemon juice and then fried it. Served with steamed white rice.
