Monday morning rituals. The Philippine flag, flying on top of the flag pole of the Municipal Building allegedly since after the flag-raising ceremonies the previous Monday, is lowered and be made ready for this Monday's flag raising ceremonies of the officials and employees of the Local Government Unit of Valencia, Bohol. Odd or not? Only in Valencia, Bohol. ;D
