Dr. Concepcion Lim's late uncle, anhing Mayor Poblo Lim, was the best friend of my late grandmother, Mrs. Fortunata Tan-Salvo.
I can remember when i was younger, the former Mayor Pabling Lim would come to our house and pinch my cheeks as he would ask where my Lola was. lol. He was a good man, imho.
I can see the similarity between the faces of Dra. Conching Lim with the late Mayor Pablo Lim.
