Gi txkan ko sa ako kanhi estudyante nga taga Adlawan, unsay angay buhaton sa daghang langaw ug ang makalipong nga pahumot sa ilang lugar nga nganlan natong ITI, ako gireplayan nga paggama mug complain nya ipada sa DENR. Iyang tubag, MAHADLOK man mga tawo sir kay unjang dubtan, dili pwede ikaw complain sir? I was uddenly hit by a torpedo of mixed emotions, I was sad because I failed to develop my student, I was angry to the concerned brgay and local officials for not intervening the very ovious problem, but at the end mingkatawa ko kay namuot ko, that poultry is operated by the mayor and vice-gov's family, yet they won landslide sa place.

too bad. until we mature as a democracy and voters are not bought and they become truly independent by not depending on politicians for their protection, this kind of feeling of helplessness will never go away. they won by a landslide in this place, you say. sometimes, we simply deserve the kind of leaders we have.

To assess the situation, i cannot help but ask if there is any draining and sewage system for poultry and farm systems. Is this even existent in provincial locations such as Valencia, Bohol? Please enlighten me on this with an unbiased response. Unlike you and many other town folks, myself and many overseas-based Valencianhons are not there in the town in the day-to-day to assess the internal dynamics of the town per se in the financial , educational, and social-political functions in the town.

Another question that I would like to ask lang: is the sewage system in Valencia established for all homes or for certain homes? I know that my house in Sawang has a drainage and sewage system, as for many homes in Sawang, however, I notice that there are some homes in the outskirts of the town, particularly in the bukid that have none.

Do you think the current administration is going to proceed with solving the situation?

havent seen the place my self bay lorenz so I cant give my asseessment sa sewega system...ang clear lang is sa atua way unified sewege syatem nga ming exist so bahala na ang tag-ija sa balay ug sa establishment magama ug iyahang boho nga paagasanan. The last I hear...there was already occular inspection by the DENR but surely, wa pay resulta after a year!

sir jun, ang angay itubag sa imong estudyante: 'BALE!' dili angay tabangan ang mga tawo nga dili gani motabang sa ilang kaugalingong kumunidad!

doc bran-bran, unfortunately, wala'y sewage system ang lungsod sa valencia, just like most of the towns in bohol. kon duna man gani drainage or sewage provision ang inyong balay didto sa Sawang, tingali padulong sa inyong kaugalingong septic tank. or padulong sa canal that passes infront of the house and run along the national highway. unya ang tubig sa canal ambak ra sad didto sa creek/river, dayon ang tubig sa creek/river padulong sa dagat. unya maligo dayon ang taga-valencia sa dagat.

yes, sir junjun, there was an ocular inspection on the adlawan poultry by two personnel from the DENR Regional office last year. and true to our guess, nothing happens. those two DENR Regional inspectors will never allow their faces to be seen in Valencia, kay nakabalo sila nga insakto ang tagna sa taga valencia , ug sayop ang ilang saad.

Different Droppings

The first image shows a good solid healthy dropping - nothing to worry about here.

When the chicken is young and starting to lay, occasionally an egg will not form correctly and this is passed by the chicken and looks like a wet, yellow dropping. See the second image.

This should be a new focus for the current and future administrations in Valencia--the creation of a municipal-wide sewage system that can benefit the majority of the local residents in our town.

kadaghang problema nga angay atubangon....sewage system gyud mauy unahon?...bisag wa na, adto man gihapon ambak ang tubig sa dagat......ipahabhab sa nila ang iti kay daghang residente ang nireklamo.

Bugsay, you have a big point about the issues affecting the health of the residents of our town. When I was in Valencia last year, during my drive around our town, it was made known to me from other residents of the town and a former mayor that there were some issues that need to be resolved. The piggery owned by some influential people in our town have to be addressed, I think, as it is a health concern--especially the waste and the runoff of said waste. Second is the water situation in Valencia. It was made known to me by a family friend that because he ran for the office of mayor several years ago, now his water supply has been cut. It is so bad that he buys tap water for water supply. Ka grabe pood.

I hope that the current Mayor Gan will not be biased against all constituents of the town. Let's hope for the best for our town.

Mayor Gan, please address these issues.

Tungod kay dili man modaug ang grupo ni Vice-Gov Conching Lim dinha nga barangay, wala gayud intawon kuno tabang nadawat ang barangay gikan sa lungsod ug sa probensya. Tungod niini, naninguha ang mga opesyales sa barangay nga makakuha ug mga tabang ug donasyon gikan sa mga Sawangnon ug Valencianhon nga duna'y mga kaya nga motabang sa maong project. Doy Bran-Bran, dili kaha maayo nga ang imong concern sa mga taga-Valencia ipakita pinaagi sa imong tabang alang sa maong project? Nong,

I am very touched by your plea and by the real situation that is going on in Valencia. I was , indeed, very shocked to hear from neighbors and old time family friends about the water system situation. I have a family friend, a very good family friend, who ran for the office of mayor several years ago and was defeated. But because of his known opposition to the administration in office, was denied water to his new home. To this day, he still has to buy water to be imported to his house.

Makaingun pud ko usahay nga THESE people who complained of such FOUL ODOR deserved this kind of AROMA, after all, they sovereign people decided to have their legacy be continued....The DESERVE this kind of FOUL SERVICE after all!!!!!
