Tubigon Bohol Election Results Pre-programmed?
« on: May 27, 2010, 02:51:44 PM »
Bohol Chronicle: The election results in the Tubigon were rigged, declared Mayor Luna Piezas who lost 16.9% to mayoralty bet William Jao in the May 10 polls.

Piezas said he was a victim of a "pre-programmed compact flash card" which manipulated the results of the local elections in his hometown.

The revelation of Mayor Piezas came amid the recent expose of a whistleblower in Manila that vice presidentiable Jejomar Binay allegedly paid P1 billion to ensure his victory in this election.

Three straw voting conducted prior the elections showed he will win in the election especially that he was the incumbent mayor. He recalled that he even won in 2007 as an opposition bet.

Piezas said his lawyers are now gathering evidences to question a trend which they found in the election results not just in Tubigon but in other municipalities as well.

A 60% - 40% trend is noted in the mayoralty races in at least seven municipalities where the declared winners surprised the electorates.

"Even the line up of the candidates for kagawads was controlled by the pre-programmed compact flash cards," Piezas said.

Piezas said that even a priest who campaigned for him expressed surprise on his defeat in election returns in Tubigon.

He expressed surprise why Tagbilaran City Mayor Dan Lim who went out of his way to Tubigon told supporters of his opponent that he (Piezas) will surely not win in Tubigon.

Mayor Piezas said he will file the formal complaint before the local courts.

Meanwhile, Comelec sources said that electoral protest for bets in cities will file their complaint with Comelec central offices in Manila. However, complaints from the towns will be filed at the local court.

Petition for recount will require court decision, in the case of those coming from the municipalities.
However, complaints from the city will be heard by Comelec.

MACEDA CONFIRMS

Former Senator Ernesto Maceda confirmed Tuesday that the Partido ng Masang Pilipino (PMP) was offered the services to tamper the results of the election.

During a long distance interview with Maceda over dyRD last Tuesday, he confirmed that the compact flash cards were re-programmed to make certain candidates win.

The offer was between P30 to P50 million to rig the results of the election.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
