Dimension Law Group is showing their dedication to supporting their fellow women and community through a scholarship. The $1000 scholarship is aimed at college and university students and is designed to get women to reflect on their potential in the world of business, prompting them to describe the business they would create with $1 million. The Dimension Law Group Women in Business Scholarship was designed by the firm’s female leadership to help raise women up.
Dimension Law Group is one of the premier multi-practice firms located in Tukwila, WA, serving the area with counsel on real estate, estate planning, and business law. As a small, female-run business, they understand the challenges that can face women in the business world, but they also understand the difference a little encouragement can make.
The scholarship is open for submissions starting January 1st, 2020 and closes April 1st, 2020, giving applicants a three month window to submit their essays.
In order to qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
Be a woman
Be enrolled in, or accepted for the upcoming at, an accredited college or university, with verification of such
Write one 750-1000 word essay
Provide applicants full name and contact information
Provide a current academic transcript
Only provide one submission per applicant
For submissions to be accepted they must be sent to
[email protected] by April 1st, 2020. Applicants are encouraged to think big and discuss the full potential of their conceptual business, including its impact and the reasons the business is worth being passionate about.
