A guesisng game thread.

Someone will ask a question concerning a political, religious, economic, historical figure and players will have to guess who it is.

Okay so I'll start first.

I was forced to leave the Philippines in 1940 because of the invading Imperial Japanese Army under the command of Genera. Yamashita; I am remembered for my "I will return" speech prior to evacuating the Philippines. Who Am I?
