#Trivia During the Philippine-American war, General Antonio Luna formed an elite group of marksmen known as the Luna Sharpshooters. The sharpshooters became famous for their fierce fighting and proved their worth by being the usual spearheading unit in every major battle in the Philippine–American War. Other units were formed like the Los Bandoleros commanded by Rosendo Simón de Pajarillo and the "Guardia N€gr@" (Black Guard) under Lieutenant García, one of Luna's favorite soldiers.
