TO ALL SEAFARERS WITH SCHEDULED THEORETICAL EXAMINATION UNDER THE MARINA COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (MCAS) – NEW SYSTEM IN MARINA REGIONAL OFFICE (MRO) VI - ILOILO, FROM 12-16 APRIL 2021:

Notice is hereby given that the said examination is SUSPENDED until further notice. This is in line with the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) Plus that started on April 5, 2021 until April 11, 2021.

All affected seafarers shall be rescheduled to a later date without forfeiture of their payment.
