Did you know that the visceri Appendix is an evolutionary unecessary organ?
The appendix, which is considered the 'grinder' of the digestive system, is responsible for breaking down hard normally 'undigestable' material such as roots, branches, bones, etc. This was an evolutionary run off when the human species weren't sedentiary farmers, and were still nomadic, living off not only dead animals, but raw and hard vegetation, even as coarse as bones.

As humans evolved into specific and complex civilizations, and developed agricultural tactics, 'soft' food was normalized, thereby negating the need to use the appendix, as nomdacism was nullified (for the most part of human species).

That is why, to this day, the veriform appendix no longer constitutes in importace; normally is removed vis a vis appendectomy.

One of the many hints that traces our evolutionary cycle.

James Buchanan- was the U.S's only bachelor President

Born: 4/23/1791
Birthplace: Mercersburg, Pa.

James Buchanan was born near Mercersburg, Pa., on April 23, 1791. A Dickinson graduate and a lawyer, he entered Pennsylvania politics as a Federalist. With the disappearance of the Federalist Party, he became a Jacksonian Democrat. He served with ability in the House (1821â€“31), as minister to St. Petersburg (1832â€“33), and in the Senate (1834â€“45), and in 1845 became Polk's secretary of state. In 1853, Pierce appointed Buchanan minister to Britain, where he participated with other American diplomats in Europe in drafting the expansionist Ostend Manifesto.

He was elected president in 1856, defeating John C. FrÃ©mont, the Republican candidate, and former President Millard Fillmore of the American Party. The growing crisis over slavery presented Buchanan with problems he lacked the will to tackle. His appeasement of the South alienated the Stephen Douglas wing of the Democratic Party without reducing Southern militancy on slavery issues. While denying the right of secession, Buchanan also denied that the federal government could do anything about it. He supported the administration during the Civil War and died in Lancaster, Pa., on June 1, 1868.

The only president to remain a bachelor throughout his term, Buchanan used his charming niece, Harriet Lane, as White House hostess.

Did you know that Human brains perceive time as linear, and space in three dimensions. But itâ€™s a scientific fact that reality is far more complicated. Perhaps there are ten other dimensions. Gravity is a bending of space-time, whatever that means. How about the forward arrow of time? Is it a feature of reality, or just a point of view? How would a human brain sort out the difference?
