Let me start, this one is a cute favorite. Good ol' biochemistry mnemonic: CADET!

CADET for movement of the hemoglobin curve to the right
C = Increase in carbon dioxide
A = Acidosis (low ph)
D = Increase in 2.3,DPG
E- = Exercise
T = increase in temperature
So basically everything is increased except ph, which is low causing acidosis.

This one is good for remembering the proximal and distal carpal bones. (from lateral to medial)

She Looks Too Pretty = Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetrum, Pisiform

Try To Catch Her = Trapezium, Trapezoid, Capate, Hamate

Again, pardon if the pneumonics for being rather obtuse. This is actually a mneumonic our professors introduced to us, lol.
