Aleksander Doba, a Polish adventurer, was the first person to row the Atlantic from Europe to New York, completely alone and without assistance. In 2017, at age 70, he rowed 5,000 miles from the port of Le Conquet, France, to the shores of New York, braving storms, strong currents and the loneliness of the ocean for 110 days. His feat demonstrated an astonishing level of physical and mental endurance, inspiring generations of adventurers.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
