Something Rude at Exclusie Bohol Natives Beach Only!!
« on: June 04, 2009, 03:35:17 AM »
Something rude awaits foreign visitors on the shores of certain beaches here in Bohol when natives have started posting up home made signs along the beaches telling foreigners to keep away or else and other such messages of the same sort.

I was told this by a freind who often rides his bike for excersize along the highways and beaches and mountains of Bohol. He was so offended that his own people could post such mean things.

The beaches are not private they are all public where the signs are obviously home made.

I hope the authoriteis deal with these pollution mongers and deal with them properly if they can catch who whomever is doing it.

Bitaw, serious.  I don't think Boholanos are that rude.  We boholanos are mild manner and respectful.  Can you tell your friend to go back to those places and have him take photos and display it here ?

Cheers!

Bedo

Bedo,

Ga una-una man ni sila. Wala pa gani ma ammend atong constitution, naa nay foreigner nga gustong mopalit sa Philippine property.

To-od for good cause man ni kay boosting eco-tourism man ug income generating.

I have beenn informing other persons about this latest happening. I think there will be a law that a foreigner man does not have to marry a Filipina to own property here and make business.

Stupidist law i ever seen since it is his money that pays for everything and makes her enjoy a better life in a good home and often making her a livlihood to support the family with.
Well folks for those who do not know there is a term we call conjugal properteis and one must read into it to get through the loop holes of it and how it really works and who really bennefits?

As we are discussing beaches here not proerty biasis is it not?

Hi Sir Macky,

Under the Phil. law, I think a foreigner is not allowed to buy a property and register it legally under his/her name.  That's why some (i.e. Koreans) build houses under the name of a Filipino citizen (as dummy).

Mao, I understand these are public beaches and it should be open to public without prejudice to anybody whether he/she is a foreigner or not.  It's our way of promoting tourism especially in bohol where beautiful beaches are known for.

Cheers!
