The answer is not really correct. This airline has lousy services and if I could find some mails from last year I will publish it here so you might hear some complains of the passengers who had the misfortune of flying Cebu Pacific. There were allegations the it is not punctual. The planes are not well maintained which causes the delay. In case of complains the employees does not give correct advice and some are billeted in cheap hotels.
