Refund and Cancel

According to Cebu Pacific Air

You may apply for a refund subject to a refund penalty of PhP400 + VAT for domestic and PhP1,500 for international per sector per guest.

Conditions on refund must be followed such as:

    * If you paid in cash, proceed to the ticket office where you purchased your ticket to get an outright refund
    * If you paid using your credit card, call our Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or (+6332) 230-8888 or proceed to any of our ticket office to apply for refund.  The amount will be charged back to your account.  Please allow at least sixty (60) days for us to process your application.
    * If you paid online at www.cebupacificair.com, you may apply for refund through the web.  It shall follow the refund process used when you paid using credit card.

To cancel your flight, you need to contact our Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or (+6332) 230-8888 at the latest two (2) days prior your flight to avoid being charged a No Show Fee (NUF) of PhP500  + VAT for domestic and PhP3,500 for international.  You may also cancel your booking through the web if you paid for it online.
