If I hold a confirmed booking but I want to rebook and cancel, what shall I do?Cebu Pacific Answer:
All tour packages are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed and voucher is issued, it is no longer acceptable for any refund. However, you can have your tour packages rebooked but subject to space availability and additional charges. Rebooking conditions and charges vary per hotel and seasonality. All cancellations or rebookings must be done only via our Call Center. Otherwise, Cebu Pacific shall not honor any transactions made outside this venue.
