Making a Booking at Cebu Pacific Air There are five (5) ways to book a Cebu Pacific seat

* at the airport and city sales offices
* via local travel agents
* by SMS
We accept bookings up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time of any Cebu Pacific flight. However, online bookings can be made only up to 24 hours before time of departure.
Please note that a web administration fee is charged per sector per guest on all bookings done online. This is a one-time web administration fee charged for every booking that is created through this channel.
Once booking is confirmed, your Itinerary shall be sent to the email address you specified shortly after the online payment is done. Should the owner of the designated email address not receive the transaction receipt in thirty (30) minutes, you may view your booking by clicking on View/ Change Your Bookings Online button in our website. Kindly print your Itinerary to gain entry into the airport, and present this at check-in together with a valid photo ID. The name in the photo-ID should match the guest name that was entered upon booking. Sample valid photo-Ids are as follows: passport, Social Security System (SSS) ID, Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID with photo, credit card with photo and driver’s license. You may also be asked to present the credit card used for your flight transaction upon check-in.
Since we allow online purchase for your relatives and friends, you may simply email to them their Itinerary. No need for the cardholder (that’s you) to be part of the traveling party. However, you may want to provide them with a photocopy of your credit card as this maybe asked at check-in.
