IT'S SAD TO KNOW... PLEASE HELP!

When I went back to Cebu last weekend, I found out this stuff along my trip...

I was so dismay about this people who do the PALAY DRYING at the street... dili ba ang dalan is AGI-ANAN? Some of the folks are drying some rice at the street which bother the passers, may cause accident, & may delay the travel. Some of it are occupying the whole one lane of the road... as in grabeh na kaayo sah? This usually happened during sa harvest seasons... as in super duper maka irita sya, and would rather cause accident because some of them are putting there Palay at the Blind Curve section which is very piligro?! Could the DPWH responsible for this?

Can anybody help this on how to solve this problem? This happen to our province (BOHOL)...

st. agnes kining pagbulad sa mga palay sa karsada dugay na gyud ni nga gihimo sa atong mga kaigsuonan ug ambot ug ngano nga wala may action niini ang atong mga local authoridad sa pagbadlong niining mga tawhana ilabina karon nga nagkadaghan na gyud ang mga sakyanan sa bohol lahi na kaayo adtong sauna.

Na, kuyaw bitaw na ilang gibuhat. dili mana maayo kay ang kalsada dili mana para nila buwaran sa humay.

Usa pa, siguro kung ang mga sakyanan makadaut sa ilang binuwad nga humay, mangusuko na sila.

Para nako, ang mga sakyanan kung moagi nya anha agi sa humay nga binuwad pwede sila mobuhat ana kay ang humay dili man para sa dalan ug dili makareklamo ang tag-iya sa humay oi. Luoy tuod pero dili mana insakto.

pwede gud kaayo ta mo agi sa humay nga binuwad, walay silay mahimo ani kay dalan man ang ilang gibuwaran... ang problema,, dili ta ka siguro sa ilang gipang humad, some of them are wise... butangan daw sad na nila (sa akong nadungog), butangan daw nila ug lansang ang ilang binuwad para kon naay mo-agi, gaba! daw ma abot! malansangan jud! Faet jud ni nga clase nga mga people....

Grabe na jod nang butangan pa ug lansang oy..hmmmmnnnnnnn...ug dili lang pod humay..ang uban nga town nagbuwad pod ug mga nilugi nga lubi...naa man untay lugaw kabuwaran pa pero mas ganahan jod sila sa karsada kay dali ra mauga..Dugay na ning gihimo sa atong mga kadugo,wala lay nagpahinumdum.

When I was in Pangasinan (my husband's place) didto ra jud ko ka experienced og tabang og silhig sa mga binuwad nga humay...as in Provincial Road.....I realized it was risky kay ang mga sakyanan wla minor mopadagan....pirmi ga gukod....

Ya, it's not only humay nga gibulad sa kalsada..pati nilugi.....Kami sauna sa mong baryo usa mi ana sa tigbulad og nilugi..so far wla man pod reklamo among mga taga baryo...hinuon pasalamat sila kay mo slow down ang mga motorista....kay mga bata nga nagduwa-duwa.... gukod gukod.....

Pero karon wla na mi nilugi.....nalugi kasi... :)

Pero dili man dapat e tolerate ang paghumad sa kalsada, kalsada gud na, dili sya bularanan... agi-anan sya...
