Cebu Pacific's Purchase and Issuance
There are five (5) ways to pay for your travel
* via
www.cebupacificair.com – only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for online payment
* by calling our Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or (+6332) 230-8888 – we accept all major credit cards
* through our airport and city sales offices
* d) through our payment centers – pay at any Megalink or Bancnet ATMS, Banco de Oro or Robinsons Bank branches
* local travel agents
For online bookings, payment shall be made in full at the time the reservation is made. For bookings done through our Call Center, you have 24 hours to pay for your travel before your booking is cancelled.
Cebu Pacific reserves the right to refuse you or your baggage carriage, if, in the exercise of our reasonable discretion, we determine that the payment of your fare has been done fraudulently or unlawfully.
At check-in, we may require you to present the credit card you used to pay for your flight. For this purpose, we recommend that you bring that particular credit card.
