Today I was attacked by an IP spammer purportedly from Norway or Netherlands. I was wondering why I couldn't connect to the Internet using Internet Explorer and Opera browsers. My Yahoo Messenger came to a halt also. But my Firefox browser was running perfectly.
I was thinking hard what I had done an hour or two ago that could have caused the abnormality of my Internet connection. Then I uninstalled one program from my computer. That did not solve the problem.
I looked at my Internet configuration and there I found out that all the default settings of my Internet connection have been illegally changed. My default IPs and Ports were maneuvered. So I fought back and changed what had been tinkered. Then my Internet connection started to run normal again.
Lesson: Firefox remains a secure and safe browser. Robots and other malicious programs failed to invade Firefox.
Recommendation: Use Firefox. It's safe. It's faster. It's worry-free. Download Firefox from
