E-mail is better than phone, according to a study

According to a business survey in 13 countries, 30% of those of us laboring in the "enterprise sector" think that e-mail fails to make us more productive. Dimension Data, which carried out the survey, reports that barely half of them (53%) belief that telephones, fixed and wireless alike, have a "positive impact on productivity."

IMHO, email system is critical to businesses like IT and manufacturing industries... more than 60% sa transactions mogamit ug email plus i-integrate pa ang ip telephony as part sa email services together with fax machines and document scanners grabe na jud kaayo ka importante. maundang na ang business kung mag-down ang mga servers. ana na jud ka dependent ang mga tawo sa technology.
