Derek Bambach is helping Incentive Solutions bring even more value to its clients with a new approach to product management.

After over a decade of managing the planning and development of technology products, seasoned Product Manager Derek Bambach is bringing his talents to Incentive Solutions, where he will be building a product management philosophy from the ground up.
Due to its rapid growth, Atlanta-based incentive company Incentive Solutions hired Derek Bambach as Product Manager to provide an overarching strategic vision for enhancements to their industry-leading channel incentive software platform.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to be Incentive Solutions’ first official Product Manager and to help define that practice,” Bambach says. “Previously, product management was overseen by a committee of stakeholders from various departments who had other primary responsibilities.”
Derek Bambach will be working closely with clients and stakeholders to improve efficiency and maximize the value-offering of the company’s software development efforts. With valuable past experience at companies like Dell Technologies and SunTrust, Bambach is well equipped for the role. He brings proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of business needs, and a unique combination of organized planning and the ability to think outside the box.
