Computer Virus Alive In Space

A computer virus is alive and well on the International Space Station (ISS).

Nasa has confirmed that laptops carried to the ISS in July were infected with a virus known as Gammima.AG.

The worm was first detected on Earth in August 2007 and lurks on infected machines waiting to steal login names for popular online games.

Nasa said it was not the first time computer viruses had travelled into space and it was investigating how the machines were infected.

It is also wise to update regularly your antivirus and antispyware softwares

two things: viruses are more complicated then your anti-virus or wala naka kabayad sa imong anti-virus company....wahhhhhh ??? :P :P :P

try using http://housecall.trendmicro.com as recommended by insurectus. just make sure that you boot up your PC in "safe-mode with network" then go to that site, we've been using this housecall for our company ITSupport for some years now.

naa sad diay times nga mga malware nga based on countries, one time we encounter malaysian malware which is removable lang sya sa malaysian nga anti-virus. hmmm sounds fishy... anyway, good luck!

Aya, as much as possible, never buy an Anti-virus solution because some of the best anti-virus tools are FREE. Free anti-virus tools are AVG and Avast.

I highly recommend AVG. Download it from here: http://free.avg.com

By the way, you cannot run two anti-virus softwares in your computer at the same time. You must uninstall the other one when you install a new one.

Sis Aya, if anti-virus can't kick the Trojan out, download the trial version of Trojan Hunter at www.trojanhunter.com. After installation, run a scan in your computer.

Hehehe dugaya baya nakong kinuot-kuot jod.At last nawala na.Pwera balik tawon.

layas man jud...akong anti virus is norton 360 PC security...ok man pod so far...

Sa una Norton pod Anz,wala baya toy problema,sus kaning ako bana nangita ug mas barato,gipuli niya ang virus-buster.Whew,nangunsumi jod ko.
Pero at least nilagpot na,hahaha nalisang nas kadaghan nakong ritual.

Ang buster ra pod,kay ako man siya gi ayum-ayom jod before ko mag download sa giingon ni Mike.Wala ko kahimo gabii kay pag adto nako sa site,sus hinapon man ang nang gawas.So akong gi cleaningan una,tapos gi safe mode tapos gi scan.
Hay igo jod gigutom ko.

almost 2 hours pod ko gahuwat.Nawala na ang red warning tawon.

hahaha...ok naman kaha imong anti virus..padayuni na lng na....kay kini atong mga PC kung apple pa dli na unta ta kinahanglan anti virus....for sure ang nag-gama sa virus ang nagbaligya ra pod sa anti virus..aron mahalin ila tinda...right???

Three days na man ko nag-fix tawon oy.Mao nga nangita na lang ko ug formula. Hay pag mag dokdok ko magpurong na lang ko ug pula aron way virus mudool.Pwera buyag. ;D
