The people of Northern China tend to be much lighter skinned, taller, and have thinner eyes. The people from Southern China (Cantonese, Hakka) have more almond eyes. There are Chinese from Southern China that have beauty similar to native Filipino beauty.
With over 1.35 Billion people, it is hard to "generalize" a Chinese "look".
