The CONSULATE-GENERAL OF JAPAN IN CEBU is currently looking for 𝑶𝑵𝑬 (𝟏) 𝑳𝑶𝑪𝑨𝑳 𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑭𝑭 (𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏).
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
◾️Good command of oral and written Japanese (𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝟮 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗟𝗣𝗧).
◾️Good command of oral and written English (Business-level English proficiency).
◾️Ability to speak in Cebuano or Tagalog is an advantage but not required.
◾️Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
◾️Non-Filipino nationals must hold Permanent Residence visa and Certificate of Exclusion to secure AEP (Alien Employment Permit).
◾️Good command of computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
◾️Available to work on weekends, holidays and late night, if necessary.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
◾️Consular services (Passport, Certificate, Visa, Family Registration, Overseas Election, Assistance for Japanese in distress, etc.)
◾️Customer Service (window, telephone, email, etc.)
◾️Document composition and data research.
