If I were the Governor of the Province of Bohol, the three projects that I would pursue would include:
1. Complete refurbishment of the Philippine National Police--root out the corrupt officials and promote those who are loyal to policy and the rule of law. The PNP of Bohol would be increased in size to double man power--so as to properly assess the criminal activity in the province--or deter would-be-criminals from committing crime.
2. Initiate road construction projects to fix all major roads throughout the province; and pave the roads to all barangays communities.
3. Increase funding to all public schools to hire more teachers, building more public primary schools; and also increase the size of of the colleges and universities in Bohol--providing provincial grants to help fund the education of top knotch students.
