Another suspect in the kidnap-rape-slay of seven-year-old Geraldine Palma was arrested Thursday, according to radio and television reports.
The reports identified the suspect as Gerry Igos who upon his arrest in Bulacan province by police denied involvement in the crime.

Renato C. Bohol, alias Rick-rick, 41, a resident of Isla Putting Bato surrendered to a military unit, said Major Nelson de la Cruz of the Civil Military Operations Battalion and head of the team to whom Bohol had yielded.
De la Cruz said Bohol was accompanied by his father, Serafin, and village officials when Bohol gave himself up at Purok 4, Lupang Pangako in Payatas, Quezon City.
De la Cruz said Bohol denied any involvement in the death of Palma, but admitted to knowing the other suspects now in the custody of police authorities.
De la Cruz said Bohol chose to surrender to the military unit for fear that he would be harmed by police.
