Author Topic: Two public high school students raped by school employees inside of Tagbilaran c (Read 14352 times)

Does anyone seem to know too much or does anyone seem to care that much as well.

It has almost been a month since rape cases have been filed against employees involved during a student rape that took place on the grounds of the said high school itself.

one suspect is identifiable as the schools administrative aide.
The other is a utility keeper of the same school.
The other two are also employees of the same public school.

Everyone spoken to points their finger at the principal and that it is her job to take action on immediate suspension pending arrests and investigation. UNTIL NOW THE EMPLOYEES RAPE SUSPECTS ARE STILL WORKING WITH OTHER KIDS AT THE SAME SCHOOL AND PUTTING THEM AT RISK? WALAY KLARO! (THAT's SCAREY)

So many persons were not aware of whats going on as this has been kept pretty much hush-hush. Why has it been hush-hush when it's a public school serving to minor's on your tax dollars?

Why has their not been any public community cries for help and immediate justice for the two school victims from these school employees?

Let me turn this around on all of you, why are you all so worried about your own safety rather then those of minor's since they are n being of your own daughters that it has happened to you could care less about?

I thought Bohol was a tight knit community?

Why have the schools and the community pushed as a whole to get these employees suspended until further notice?

You as a Catholic community are scared of what might happen to you versus what is happening to your innocent minor's in places that are suppose to be safe for the school children.

People get away with crime here because you allow it to happen because if any of you open your mouths and fight for your right on whats wrong you fear danger happening to yourselves through wrongfull intimidation.

Did God make us that weak to not fight for whats really right?
Didn't he make us strong to know the difference of doing whats right?

This is my analysis why it seems your post did not get the kind of reaction you desired:

1. The actual news report is not posted on this thread. The members and guests do not have any idea what the rape was about. It would have been better if you posted the news report and the readers can judge for themselves then express their opinion.

2. The greater majority of the members of Tubag Bohol (those who can post comments; guests can only browse) are based outside Bohol and the Philippines. So they do not have any idea about this incident.

3. I know you mean well but your opening statement is already accusing the reader of his/her being unconcerned on something he/she has no idea about in the first place. This is not polite.

4. Most of the time, sympathy on an issue is generated when the story is told as it is -- minus the riling commentaries. You can take cue from the most endearing commercials in mass media today: A soft sell works far better than a hard sell.

5. Your post would have generated a reaction if you state what you felt about this incident, rather than preaching on what we have not done. What you did was you drew a line between you and us, instead of having you and us on the same side.

Precious, I do appreciate the concern you have shown for the Boholano community. That's what we really need today, a genuine concern for others, for our safety and well-being.

Now let me express my thoughts on the issue: If a criminal complaint is already filed in the fiscal's office, it should be resolved without delay so that the case will move forward if there is probable cause; or dismissed if there is none.

This issue was aired three weeks ago about four public school employees over a world wide radio and web site on a very late radio show.(DYRD RADIO with Rey Blanco)
I really thought your all in tune as to what type of things are going on in your home away from home.

I am doing my best to keep you informed since no one was able to put it into print media but me ,and yes I have investigated the case and it came out in my column in the newspaper that i write for as no other media facilities would touch it because of some of them are having relatives working At the place where it happened. So they told me what has happend and I did investigate which involved plenty of Field work. I had interviews with with the school officials, victims and their parents and teacher's who are working there.
here is a summary of what took place;
Two students were raped around 12-15 years old by two school employees while two other school employees looked on through the holes in the wall and went out to purchase beer for the suspects as the held their two young victims.
one of the two who raped the girl is an administrative aide and the other one is a utility worker.
The school had gone to the victims house to talk the victims out of filing a case.
To keep it hushed up.
This guy apparently has a lending business for the teacher's inside the school and charges the teachers 10%
Until now the employees are still reporting daily for work and the case and medical records are filed in the courts. Why is this that the principal not put the employees under suspension while pending investigation.
This double rape case took place at the same time same school and same sleeping quarters on campus of the school.
There are no other write ups done on it as it was just exposed with in the last couple of days.
You all know if it happens in a public school back in the states the principal and administrator will suspend everyone involved.
Maybe in this country it is seen as okay to let the employees keep going to work around minor students even though they have just committed a rape and possibly able to put other students at danger.
The two rape victims both young Boholanas have dropped out of the school as they did not want to go to school where their suspects were still working there right in front of their own eye's.
There was no protection provided to the students from the school either.
When I went to the house of the victims and talked to them and their families you could see it was obvious they were very poor.
You Philippine who are abroad some times forget your roots and how innocent the persons are here.
I have Filipino friends back home who hesitate to come back to the Philippines and they tell me they are ashamed of things going on back home in Philippines once they have a taste of the greener pasture and get used to it.

There is nothing to be ashamed about here. I just agree with the educated philippine persons who work in good jobs here that some people need to have more motivation to do better for themselves.

I am aware of whats going on here because I am living here and if your here with your families you would know there have been many strange uncalled for things going on here that were not happening almost six years ago when I first arrived in Bohol.

What keeps you busy back where ever you are can you share and compare where you are now verse where you come from in Bohol?

Why do I bother to say anything I am wasting my good time efforts and breath to persons who just want to act high schoolish in here.

I grew up a long time ago. I do not have time for your young minds as Lorenzo said we have a right to exercise our words and freedom of speech.

Yes' in America we work at our jobs we do not sit around passing the buck as we text to our friends. We didn't do it 6 years ago that I am aware of.

Yes' most countries open their arm's to let you Philippine persons provide a better way of life and you should all be thankfull as well that anyone cares about you.

many times we see on our front page news papers pictures from Philippines showwing of our American flag burning and the men who tell me are the one's who helped this country years ago while in the service.
They are disgusted to see such behavior and they are the same one's who are in favor of immigration control and Homeland security.

My publisher from my newspaper here in Bohol has asked me to follow up and keep this column on going about the twin rape case that happend that involved four employees of the school.
He asked me why do I have an interest in making this one a concentrated topic? I replied that I also was a rape victim in my younger years as I was against five guys.
Several people came to my rescue and I want to share to others that this is a real issue and the proper way how these girls should be helped.
Is to get the attention of the community to be aware and put pressure on the administration and other school employees to suspend the four employees who are involved get them out and away from possibly endangering more young lady students.
After all it's been one month since the case was filed and nothing been done.
The victims come from very poor families. I was able to go to their homes and visit with them and their parents.
I have been able to converse with many teachers who are good at their job but fear being fired if I reveal where my resources are coming from.
I want to protect the teachers as well.
It was a teacher related to a colleague friend of mine in the local media who made us aware of what was taking place to begin with.
A big majority of the teachers who know about it do not want the employees related to the school anymore they are saddened and do not want the school to have a bad name for what has taken place.
The school is Cecelia Putong National high School.
After my hard hitting column came out concerning the matter several media men including senior writer Kit Bagaipo who had also text me and told me great job and very explosive!
My column is not posted on the newspaper's website or I would have been more then happy to have posted my column up the details.
I will just do my best to keep all of you up dated as I like to stay in line to what the topic being posted is all about.
I am not into chikka (Gossip) or telling of a fantasy that is not true. I write on experience and conviction from my heart.
My God is watching me always.

Thanks for your interest in this case, Precious, and I am very sorry you went through this horrible experience when you were younger. When the toinks stop I will be more then happy to keep you all posted but as it appears I am just a gossip and poor writer and blind to the kind of life that goes on around here for the past six years.
I am always in a hurry to write allot of the time as i am also tending to my kids often. but you know what is the general message maybe when you all come back for a visit give me a buzz would be nice to meet you all face to face and share in laughter and see the person we are communicating with as well.

The victims are both under age as they were students I have furthered my investigations this past week and was informed by the public school administrator that he had received a report and it was not satisfied with it.
Only one suspect was mentioned and the other one not yet.
Only the criminal case was filed and the first preliminary the case was postponed.

It was postponed do to another appointment conflict by an atty. and the other is because the other suspect was address was in Balilihan and not Tagbilaran.

It has been postponed to Nov, 15th.

If some of you are coming to Bohol lets meet for snacks and becomes friends I am tired of your guys always saying I do not know.

I know allot from having friends Filipina in the states and what they say, and what I observe here as well.
It would not surprised if one day went by that some guy or a girl here does not ask me for a foreign penpal.

I hail from the state Washington. When I am home I am living on the Lower Columbia River border I am more close to Portland oregon then I am to Seattle Washington.

The Pacific Ocean is located near by to the west of my family's residence by a one hours drive distance.

Do you have friends effected by the now very scorched California?

The fires are known to be bad there but people just keep on building there despite the pasts happenings.

California is doing what Cali is doing in some places the cliffs are sliding down and so are some of the homes along with them.

I see snow in your picture? Were you on a winter vacation at the time?

I am crazy about the California Red Woods. My late grandfather loved to drive there often he had polio but had a custom car made so he could gear his car by using his hands.

The writers are on strike now in Cali and New York. How do you see Arnold as a Governor of the state?
How did you settle in California the Philippine population is many over there in that state maybe due to the warm climate like back at home during most of the year.

Cali is an expensive state as well. My place is affordable but climbing in cost as well.

Can you just imagine the employees from the school being allowed to go to work everyday even tho they are pending cases?

What kind of a school administration allows this?

I agree that they should be suspended pending their investigation and trial.

Why can not some one come in from the outside and file an administrative case against them so that they can be properly suspended so they are not endangering any other students on the schools campus?

In America its normal in a case such as this that the principal will be the one to suspend.

It does not cost anything to file the case. I would like to see and hear what the parents think of this case or such a thing like this happening in a public city high school in the history of ever since it started as a school?

The next questions how come it was brought up by a foreigner and not by a native of Bohol?

I feel this foreigner is courageous in coming forward to say what is happening in our place back home in Bohol.

If these students being abused have only influential parents maybe this case is already a headline in all newspapers in Bohol.
Most often poor people dont get the justice they deserve.
It seems most of our laws are made only for the rich and influential people.

It has no teeth when applies to the lowly Filipino. Thats a cruel reality.

According to my connections in Bohol it was aired late on DYRD AM late at night a few weeks ago.

Asianf what you have said it probably holds very true, and in this case it is a public school and having administrative aides as the perpetrators.

How embarrassing and how unfair to the minor students involved in this matter.

Mike TB administrator has posted a version of what i have sub,submitted to Kit the senior writer of the Chronicle here in Bohol.
I have read my post and even i could not make to much sense of it but the message was there.
This is serious what has happened here.
When i spoke to Tagbilaran City School Superintendant Jala alone last week (as kit waited downstairs at Macjac) he told me that he is not happy having this face him upon his return to Bohol after visiting the states.
He was made more aware of this by my first visit earlier in the week with him.
The first investigation came into Jala's office he rejected it.
I spoke to him on Tuesday for the first time at his office and asked him if there could be a way to let the girls continue schooling and by Thursday afternon in my hands he laid four copies of documents backing up my fact findings of the case.
Jala is so sympathetic to this case as he mentioned that the girls are from very poor families.
The preliminary case was postponed by the suspects atty and moved to November 15th.
The schools administration office is searching desperately to come up with justifiable reasons that it was okay as why it happend.
I was so irate with the school principal when she walked out of the office and did not want to face my questioning on this matter.

I was on my second visit with Jala when he handed me copies of documents to have to write in the paper I also gave Kit copies as well and discussed all the up to date with him.
I asked him again for back up he said he could not.
I am glad he decided to back me up and complimented me in ding a good job and that my column write ups were explosive!

As I promised I said I would keep you up to date with the happenings on the twin rape case that has taken place at the city's public high school last September.

I have attended each preliminary case in this matter, and one of the two alledged rapist suspects has showed up while the second one is at large.

I have spoke with several high school teachers and the administration on this matter and will continue to do so as a concerned person and media person here in Bohol.

There have been reports by teachers who talk to me about the case that their offices at the school are being broken into and ransacked. They are reporting this to the school principal it is her job to report such matters to the city police to have the incident blottered.
Unfortunately she is not reporting any of the 3-4 break ins that have been done to offices at the school to the pnp.

I have been starting to collect notarized and illegal paper trails on four persons who are employed at the school who are a part of an illegal lending business.

Some teachers are telling me that one of the alledged rapist is involved as one of the four involved in the scam of lending.

The promissory note that I have is some one teaching at the school has borrowed P100.000.00 at 5% interest.(Notarized and signed to the hilt)
More paper trails to come.

Prior to the other Suspected rapist flee from the Bohol province he has stated to Mrs. Mancha a teacher at the school that this is not the first time this has been happening with the two guys.
They have done it several times using different student females, and this is the first case out of many incidents to have been filed.

I have had this exposed on DYTR with radio announcer/Kagawad Andy Nalzaro, I have kept the chronicle up dated on my findings as well.

Do to the senior writer of that paper being related to one teacher and the guidance councilor of that school he had handed over the assignment to me as he did not want to sound biased in his reporting.

We are hopefully planning to air this eventually again over DYRD as soon as we collect more evidences and info on this case.

Tomorrow Tagbilaran city SB council member has set an appointment to discuss my findings and has thanked me for keeping it alive and being on top of it.

I hope to bring you more news as the case progress's.

I am happy to see persons taking an interest to this topic.

I was able to keep my appointment with SB member Kit Oppus this afternoon as she treated me to a delightfull lunch.

here and I share the same values when it has to do with children and womens issues here. Kagawad Andy Nalzaro from DYTR radio AM was also with us as he is helping with full back up support in reporting this matter live over air.
He also tried to have the schools side of the story but no one wanted to talk. Kit admitted over our lunch time meeting that she was very impressed with my findings into the investigating of this case.

I'm glad that Andy is looking into matters that I have already informed him about and finding out for himself if what I have discovered is all very correct.

Kit said it is bizarre how the system is set up to protect the employees instead of the students.

She is also planning to meet with DanDan Bantugan and get an advocacy group started and has invited me to be the media rep and speaker for the group.
We are hoping by all means to see that the correct justice will prevail to these alledged victims.

Kit Oppus also plans to start getting government friends involved who can help since the school is related to the government here.

The situation with the minors involved as until now they have no funds to hire an Atty. to help them fight for justice.
The alledged rapist is having my chief editor close friend as his Atty. and I have been advised to cool off my writings for the mean time at my newspaper that I write for.

My blood is surging and I am chomping my teeth as if I have a bit in my mouth.

I informed KIt Oppus, I am already promised space by Senior Writer Kit Bagaipo to do any stories for this case in the chronicle like we did last week.

In media it's nice to have friends who can offer help at their facility when some one has administered the breaks to something as important as this is.

Update to my media investigation,

yesterday Chito Visarra, Kit Bagaipo, and I had a meeting to discuss further what we could do as media persons to help this ever so ugly mess.

I am ever so thank full that kit bagaipo has allowed me space anytime to update the reader community in the newspaper where he is a senior writer.

Chito has stated also an interest going on his radio show to ask questions that need to be answered.

Until now the one suspect is still working daily at the school?

The other suspect has fled the province.

The H.S. principal says it is not her job to suspend the employees.

Public School Supt. Dr. Elpedio Jala told me it was her job, along with several other private and public principals connected to Dep Ed dept.

DanDan Bantugan city councilor in charge of the educational system told Kit Oppus it is out of his jurisdiction.

The alledged Atty's has filed for Inhibition feeling that the fiscal was biased towards the minor raped school victims.

The hearing for the next preliminary has been reset for middle of December.

I ventured over to the wings office and read books on the subject I am into on how to handle and approach persons when asking persons what are now going on.

DSWD has not provided an attorney for the minors as they should have done already.

The Victims mother has approached the office of city Mayor Dan Neri Lim and was met at the door and denied help via Mark Monton, who is an assistant to Mayor Lim.

Mayor Lim has a book of city codes and rights of children in the schools but he id denying any proper assistance to the minor students.

I have noticed here in this country they have nice laws but none are implemented.

From my observation I also feel that the criminals have more rights then the victims in my eagle eye view.

Fiscal Cafe Uy, is now the one in handling the case and she is friends with an Atty who is not having exactly a clean slate when it comes to being a clean and honest practicing Atty. according to one particular rights office on women and children. This Atty. is the alledged rapist's legal Rep.

Monday I am marching into the office of School Supt. Dr, Jala who has been great in keeping me informed on things.

Always always welcomes me into his office and appreciates my concern for the minor victims.

Always him or his staff will invite me any time into his office.

This case is exhausting me as I had even spoke to jingoy Rama another city councilor and he was not interested in helping as a council member either.

I told them if I was a boss I would with out a doubt be firing allot of workers who are not doing their jobs in protecting the people/victims of alledged H.S. rape by employees of the school.

My head is aching at this time.
:'( What more should I say at this time.
The poor families of these victims need an Atty. and can not afford one.

makes some one like me with a big heart have hardend arteries towards the diplomatic attitudes I am putting up with.

Due to my process of concentrating on getting my children's international adoptions started, and trying to find work for my oldest stepsons girlfriend with a new baby unfortunately, I was not able to find enough time to do the things i had planned to do with this case today.
Tomorrow is another busy day for me, but I will do my best to fit it in with my schedule to visit the Principal and the supt of the tagbilaran school district as planned.

I did stand across the H.S. today at 5pm watching the administration across the street as they were leaving the school.
I also seen the alledged rapist coming out of the principals office area as well?
Why is he not suspended as of yet?

I also took notice how they also spotted me across the street as well.

I am breathing down their backs and want to ask whats up whats being done in the past 3 weeks since there were to be things moving on the investigation.

Then if not I will ask why not?

Actually yesterday I had taken a day off in regards to this twin rape case.

Today at BQ Mall I had a very fortunante opportunity to run into one of our most powerfull hitting news talk show hosts for AM stations DYTR radio here in Bohol we talked briefly about what was going on and tomorrow we have a luncheon date to discuss the involvement of the case.
My friends talk show is very popular and is co-hosted by Ted Ayeng (ABS-CBN, Cebu SunStar, COMNET RADIO, DYTR) ATTY. Salva Diputado, and Owner of the sunday Post Boy GuingGuing. The name of their popular well listened to show is Called "CuAntos Claros".
I hope to fill him in on the details of the show and hopefully he can get the ball rolling as well as DYRD for the suspension of the alledged rape suspect who is still reporting to the highschool for work daily.
I have received many emails in my yahoo email of readers showing a big concern and disaprovement of how the schools principal here is not doing her job according to Dr. Jala. He said it is her job to suspend, she says it is not her job as she will be conducting an investigation? (How do you investigate yourself is what I would like to know?).

I have a paper trail to an illegal lending business going on inside of the school. They do not know it but if they are reading this they know it now.
One of the alledged is an administrative aide close to the principal and he is one of the four lenders inside of the school itself.
Principal has never given a darn rip about anything that has happend bad at her school, including the two missing female students until now who have been missing for over eight months already.

Many things have been going on behind the walls of this school and because they are minors it is not publicized and they know they can keep it silent.

Ha! thats what they thought? ;< (More like surprise got them)

I discussed this in my 2 columns in the paper but never mentioned their names or the details as there is another school having a rape issue in Mansasa another part of tagbilaran.
Also I did not write to much details as this would be bad due to the case being in it's preliminary stages.

This alledged rape suspect had written a letter to my publisher asking for an apology for saying the word "Rapist' with out putting the word alledged in front of it?
Also my editor should of caught it as well.
No way, but my publisher told me not to put my emotional into it.

After the case I can put it back into the paper but I have the chronicle as back up space anyways. What ever develops I will do my best to keep you all up dated as I always have!

Good Evening here to persons here and abroad.

The latest information i have here is that i have talked to the main officer in charge of this case from the DSWD office here in Tagbilaran.
I am sorry to report that she had mentioned more then once that she is not going to provide an attorney for the minors even tho it is stated in the city books of childrend rights it is a right to be given an appointed legal representation for the minors to have a fair chance of having their statements heard.

Makes me sick to my stomach so many beautiful rights are written but not being exercised as they should be.

She was also disgusted in how the principal is always depending on their own book that they go by?

Makes me wonder if this is biased towards favoring employees who pull such crap?

I also had a chance to converse with the first fiscal about this file of inhibition?
She told me that she can not work under the conditions of how the defendants atty is handling the case in saying that she is biased towards the minor victims?

I am thinking oh great by this time, because the girls come from very poor homes and have no money to afford an atty.

They are way too young be have their little heads being "Dickered with" by adult BS!

Tomorrow I will meet up with Kit Bagaipo as he is very busy writing for the chronicle and called me tonight to meet up tomorrow with him.
Tomorrow is Bonifacio day here and Supt. Jala of the Tagbilaran school dist. will not be at his office.

Hopefully by Tuesday I will go to Supt. Jala.

I am at odds I wish I could help them more but its going to take allot of para to fight this corrupt school as it has turned out to be so far even just in the preliminary stages.

Does anyone know of any way we could get funds to pay for these girls attorneys?

The community here admires my perseverance totally on this matter.

Isn't it not sweet these girls are still out of class and going to miss their high school Christmas party because this guy keeps stalling time and the schools principal does not seem interested to help the girls one ounce.

After all she would be going against a friend, and coworker, versus having any concern for two girls coming from poor slum area's with families with absolutely barely a pot to **** in, and no money.

This topic has about drained me and made me home sick this Christmas season in how it is so wrongfully being handled.

Will its already been considered and most free legal aide centers turn something down when they know they have to go up against a school.

I was evening discussing this issue with Mayor's assistant tonight at Metro while her boss and .....gasp choke!...whats his name Mario Uy, were stuffing their jolly faces away with all the elite of Bohol tonight.

no one at the top cares who should be caring. She asked me how the case was going and I was starting to tell her the latest and so many interuptions and she had to go next thing I know.

Depending on how busy I am next week? I want to see whats the latest happenings and movements just before the next preliminary hearing happening sometime around the 15th of December.

I asked also DSWD about the attorney that they plan to assign to the girls I was told there will be no attorney assigned to the minor girl victims.
I asked governor during the question and answer portion what about the two victims from the case that is going on at the H.S. here and he was amazed by the question and also by the news.
He was speechless over the radio live when I asked the question.
In regards as to what can be done to help these girls?
I also mentioned that the perpetrators are still reporting to school to work, and that many nice rules are written to be had and followed but none of them have been implemented in this case.
Governor asked to talk to me after the program live over the radio so he could get the victims names and try to help the two ladies out.
He had given me his cell number after the report and ugma I will give the names to him via text message.
I will letyou all know what happens from there.

In America this wouldn't be happening.
He would be locked up until proved innocent or guilty.

Tonight I had a discussion with a friend of mine who is working across from the fiscals desk and both the alledged suspects are being questioned at separate times instead of together.

This makes the person who is concerned for the two minor women very angry.

One alledged suspect was interviewed in the morning, and the other one was around 2 O'Clock PM,

He felt it was unfair because the subpoena said to be there in the afternoon.

I am always on stand by to guest the updates for you all.

Salamet Happy....... In tomorrow's issue of the Bohol Standard we will be printing another story regarding another rape case where the victim a 14 year old was found by her parents over a cliff and naked and bruised from being assaulted and raped.
It had taken place in Loboc Bohol with in the last two days.
I also plan to get in touch with my friend who is working inside the fiscals office to bring me the latest update about the last hearing on either Wes, or Thursday this past week.
As soon as i get the latest info you can count on me to post it.

Fortune, I feel and share your same resentments buut for some reason it appears the school has their own book on how to handle such things in my eyes there should be no specific school that should be allowed to make their own rues as it should be one book rued for every school.

This is what is holding this employee to his work.

I was so disgusted with all the sip sip and the attorney crap and being told to me and behind my back that I was being unethical when i was being realistic?

I stopped printing about it in the newspaper.

I passed it onto another media colleague from DYTR. (ANDY NALZARRO)

Kit was not able to write about it as the senior writer for the Chronicle because of having family members working at the school where the incident had taken place.

I put my reputation out on the limb to report what is the real and get told often I am unethical?

To me unethical is not being able to talk or tell about what are the real down falls of society.

I will update this post anytime I get new information.

Please note I was the one to write about the American killed by the city owned dump truck last week as the Chronicle did no write ups concerning the issue?

This is a pioneer newspaper of Tagbilaran the incident happened just a matter of five minutes or less walking distance from their media headquarters, Imagine?

It's hard when their is no media willing to help back up and support what is the real happenings? (Unethical).

Fiscal Uy is still gathering info for the case. The two girls are still not attending class's.

The parents are scared to file administrative cases, and the old DEPED supervisor transferred to the provincail deped office.
When Jala transfered he failed to tell the new superintendant taking over his old postion about the case that is pending.
DSWD is unable to provide money or an attorney to help the student victims.

When I had asked the stepping orders given to the high school the new superintendant Varquez had no ideal what I was talking about.
She mentioned she knew about the caseit just by admitting she read my columns.

untill no no action taken in what should be a gender sensitive case. diba!

I did a follow up on this case lst friday also and found that th new city superintendent show's that she does not care, whenI ked her if she had any news she said she was busy and went out the door.

I had by this time sent a text message askiing Jala why it was not mentioned to the incoming City superintendent who took over for him?

Untill now no decision has been made?

Prosecutor cafe Uy told me in an exclusive talk today that the case is in now in the hands of Prosecutor Supremo.
The complaintants have filed for inhibition and the the defendant has filed for minor resolution.

I was really hoping by now decisions and all could of been wrapped up as it is now the end of the school year.

I am sorry I have not been activley following this case up, as I have been really busy being asigned in two newspapers and starting to get the ball rolling for my step daughters adoption.

I want to really badly talk with persons who know more about the cases latest info.

I hate to say this but a couple of media members lamented their feelings regarding the issue of the two young women victims to me and said they would not write abut such a topic in fear of being shot down no a days.

They further went on to say that they had heard chiks that these girls were active in having sex already, but even so it still does not make it right.

Why are people so full of cruel things to say here I am starting to be more strict with people here as I am just getting frusterated as heck about the lack of kindness and feelings towards people anymore.

Are people that mannerless and that unthoughtfull as persons as this sure seems to be a habit in this culture latley more than it has ever been?
