When this news came out - the first time I heard in Fox where that Campaign Manager guy Davis was interviewed, I remembered the time when American Idol finalist Kellie Pickler was a contestant of the show Are you smarter than a 5th grader?. She was asked, Budapest is a capital of what country? ah, that was hilarious! She started babbling away as in ga jama-jama. She said, I dunno if to herself only that she thought Europe was a country!

Then added that she never heard of Budapest but she knew they spoke French there!

Is France a country? She didn't think France is a country but she would have had said France.

Buwad, it wasn't $15k but $150k!

She is all over the news these days. It seems like she grants all networks who wants to interview her. She even cook them moose chili. When asked about the news coming out from the McCain camp that she didn't know that Africa was a country and she also didn't know the cooperating countries of NAFTA, she said she was taken out of context.

Daghan theories that I heard from the pundits. McCain thought thatby choosing Palin as his running mate, they can capture the women votes that were disappointed when Hillary didn't win the primary and when Obama didn't chose her to be his VP running mate. It was supposedly a good 18M votes. Another one was to bring a 'young blood" in the ticket kay McCain was 72 years old, the oldest candidate to run for president. Sarah Palin just turned 44.

I always hear McCain said that he liked Palin because she was just like him, a MAVERICK!

Glacier, she wasnt interviewd that much, Infact the RNC never allowed her to be interviewed, no doubt about that because she is very incomprehensible...LOL!

Even now that she got all those kinds of interviews, i still cant understand what she is saying!

i know. but we are not talking about the clintons, but Palin. during that interview, i didn't expect her to remember the facts, let alone be adept with all the general infos. many great politicians got screwed up in an interview; Palin got the hit because it was election campaign. had the interviewer asked her about the Philippines, she might answer, "Where is it?" Live TV interview is a different world altogether. that blunder of hers could not solely define her character or knowledge. it tells however she is not ready yet for the second highest political seat in the USA.
