A friend in the media told me last Tuesday That Rev. Fr. Roberto "Ondoy" Cajes is regularly keeping track of our episode.
"Pagbantay, Attorney kay gibantayan ra ba ka ni cong. Ondoy cajes."
Those were his words.
I just smiled and told him the good reverend and lover boy should not be surprised that I am writing something about him. He told me during one our interviews in Cuentas Claras to write or to file a complaint before the House Ethics Committee.
So I am writing, about him and his love affair with a married woman. He cannot complain because everything I write is documented.
Anyway, if it's true that he's reading this column, then should I be happy?

Everybody knows that basketball is a physical game, a contact game to be exact. If you are allergic to deadly body odor, underarm odor, sweat or bad breath, or detest physical contact, then don't play basketball.
Why are we talking about basketball?
We are talking about basketball because the reverend-lover boy used to play basketball.
And how did he play basketball?
Dirty, he played rough and tough.
Most of the time, he was compared to Roberto Jaworski because of his very rough way of playing basketball. More so that his favorite jersey number is 7.
And to think that he was already a priest that time.
He showed no compunction what so ever when he hit an opponent with his elbow. As in he took great pleasure in hurting others.
And that happened most of the time.

But even when he played rough and tough, Rev. Fr. Cajes always had a cheerful fan.
His sacrilegious daughter Frances Bobbith Cajes always cheered for him with gusto, shouting that immortal cheer "shoot daddy"!

I wonder why the late Landring Tirol filed Bigamy charges against Rev. Fr. Roberto Cajes and Judith Lao.
You see, the Office of the City Prosecutor of Lapulapu City dismissed the Bigamy charge filed by Tirol on the ground that when the Cajes' couple married each other, there was already a judgment declaring absent spouse Alexis Lao as probably dead.
Well, if I were in his shoes at that time, and subjected to the same miserable situation, I would probably file Adultery charges, 3 counts of that and use the certificate of live birth of the 3 sacrilegious daughters as evidence.
It is clear that when Judith Lao gave birth to the first 3 daughters, she was not yet granted authority to remarry;her marriage to Alexis Lao was still in
effect and she was clearly engaged in some sexual congress with a man other than Alexis Lao.

Actually, Rev. Fr. Ondoy Cajes has a rich history of lies and deceit.
Talibon Mayor Juaning Item must have taken as gospel truth the assertions of the priest when he acquired, in the name of the municipality, a parcel of land to house the LTO office in Talibon.
Too late, the LTO office was housed instead in the Cajes-Del Rosario Building in Talibon, owned by who else?
Mayor Item is facing big headache with that land acquisition.
The COA is unrelenting especially when somebody powerful is pushing it ti the wall.

Sources told me the controversial Cajes-Del Rosario Building is wrapped in some serious legal problems.
Ordinary people like you and me are reminded that when you erect any structure, a Building Permit must first be secured.
Build it sans a permit and you will be facing problem big time.
This building in Talibon has no such permit , sources said.
But unlike ordinary people, the owner remains beyond legal question. Of course, he knows the requirement. but just to prove that he's very powerful, he deliberately refused to secure one.
Again, ordinary people like you and me are told that before starts digging, he should secure an Environmental compliance Certificate (ECC) from the DENR.
Ignore that requirement and you will be facing problem big time.
But this building, sources told me, doesn't have an ECC.
What makes this building very controversial is the fact that probably all the businesses inside are ran, operated and owned by the most controversial couple in the district, the priest and the married woman.
Can you beat that?

When I heard about this, I didn't find it very surprising.
Remember the anecdote when Rev.Fr. Ondoy Cajes made a fool out of the governor when he pretended he had money for his first congressional run when he went to the US and turned out he had zilch. Nada.
That's one instance.
Likewise, still remember that anecdote when Fr. Ondoy Cajes made a fool out of former governor David Tirol that he would serve for only 1 term (he borrowed millions of pesos sa mga Tirol and University of Bohol) but reneged on his promise and ran for reelection despite their written agreement?
See, he has a colorful of lies and deceit, victimizing political heavies like Gov. Erico B. Aumentado, ex-Gov. David Tirol and Talibon Mayor Juaning Item.
If Rev. fr. Ondoy Cajes can afford to lie and deceive Aumentado, Tirol, and Mayor item, how much more to ordinary people like you and me?

So when he announced during a live interview that Lakas-Kampi drafted his love bird Judith Lao as congressional bet in the 2nd district, I was immediately tickled pink.
That's one big flat lie, Padre.
I happen to have conversation with a member of his staff and learned that the congressional plan of Judith Lao had been long in planning and execution. It just didn't happen overtime. It was a long-term plan, to be exact.
Likewise, I happen to have conversation with some of his leaders in Talibon and learned that in their campaign sorties, it was Bebe Lao as congressman, not Aumentado.
And of course, logic and human experience would tell us that it was impossibly unbelievable that the Lakas-kampi leaders in Manila would pick an adulterous married woman over a top performing congressman as their bet in the 2nd district.

So when the CONA of the governor was revoked, and our good priest-lover boy announced on air that he and Cong. Edgar chatto had nothing to do with the revocation, guess what came to mind?
Of course, it was part of the plan. the so called grand conspiracy of betrayal and deceit.
Remove Aumentado so that they can maneuver Judith Lao. That must be the plan.
Actually, I would not also be surprised if Rev.Fr. Ondoy Cajes deceived Edgar Chatto with his covert political plans, if at all.
If he could pocket Aumentado, Tirol and Item, then pocketing Chatto in his big pocket of lies wouldn't make any difference at all, is it?

And here's another pocket of lies.
Still remember that controversial vehicular accident in barangay Oy, Loboc, Bohol on December 30 last year involving the Nissan Patrol of Jane Censoria Cajes?
It was reported in this paper that the accident involved not just the luxury vehicle of SK national president Jane Censoria cajes but also her own father, Rev.Fr.Ondoy Cajes.
And what was the reaction of the priest-lover boy?
Lie, lies, lies, he said on air.
and he challenged those who falsely reported the news to a game of tennis in Trinidad town.
Ha, ha, ha, pastilan Pdre, pamakak gihapon?
There's a parade of witness who either saw him emerged from the wreck, went to cebu and have himself treated in one of the hospitals there and saw him with that big black botoy on his eyes due to the accident.
And of course, a member of his staff told his close friends about the actual involvement of the priest-lover in that accident. and one of those friends is a friend of Longcuts who is from the media.
So you see Father priest, your lies can be exposed to all and sundry, regardless of how hard you try to hide it.

Now, here's some very interesting news.
Jane Censoria Cajes is facing a graft charge before the office of the Ombudsman-Visayas. The complainant is the Junior Graftwatch Unit-Cebu chapter.
She is charged with lack of transparency in the SK finances; overpricing of the registration fee in the 2008 and 2009 SK national congress in Cebu and Subic, respectively; purchase of SUV vehicles and lavish lifestyle.
The complainant was filed on April 23 and I have a copy of the charge sheet.
Now, let us dissect this piece bit by bit.

Accordingly, Jane Censoria Cajes received 10 million pesos from President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in 2008 during the 2008 SK national congress.
up to now in 2010, the Junior Graftwatch said , Jane Censoria Cajes has not presented any audit sheet to the SK national executive board that would give them any idea how Jane Censoria Cajes spent the money.
Of course, this problem appears very simple.
Just present the bill and problem solved. But if she does that, that is proof enough that she has not been transparent in her financial dealings.
So Jane Censoria Cajes has to prove that she has already rendered an accounting of how she spent the money. That means she has to show the receipts duly filed and verified. And I earnestly doubt that she can present.
Problema kaayo, di ba Padre?

On the charge of overpricing of registration fees, here's the bill.
According to the complainant, there was an SK national congress at Waterfront Hotel in Lahug ,Cebu in 2008 where the registration fee was a whooping P8,500 per participant.
In 2009, there was another SK national congress in the Subic convention Center in Subic and the registration fee was also a whooping P9,500 per participant.
These fees are the biggest and the highest registration fees in the history of the SK national so far. and that is courtesy of Jane Censoria Cajes, daughter of rev. fr. Ondoy Cajes and Judith Lao.
The Junior Graftwatch said that the DBM only allows a maximum of P1,200 registration fee for conferences and congresses.
Ergo, there was clear overpricing, the complainant said.

On the issue of SUV vehicles, well, this is the most interesting part.
according to the Junior Graftwatch, in just a span of 2 years as SK national president, Jane Censoria Cajes bought not one but two (2) sports utility vehicles (SUV) a Nissan Patrol and an Isuzu Alterra.
WHERE DID SHE GET THE MONEY PADS, tubaga padre?

The existence of the Nissan Patrol was discovered, the Junior Graftwatch said, when her father Rev.Fr. Ondoy Cajes met an accident on December 30, 2010 in Barangay Oy, Loboc and the vehicle was heavily damaged.
True enough, based on the police report , the Nissan Patrols is in the name of Jane Censoria Cajes.
Clear and indisputable proof of ownership is the CR and OR, right , Jose?
So she has Nissan Patrol in Bohol. And she has Isuzu Alterra in Manila.
cool, right Jose?
And we are talking here of an SK national-president who must be receiving not more than P50,000 a month.
So pray tell, Father Cajes, where in hell did your daughter Jane Censoria get the money to buy all these luxuries?

And that's not all.
According to junior Graftwatch, Jane Censoria Cajes should act as model of the country's youth.
goes without saying, right Jose? after all, she is the national president of the country's youth leaders.
But what did she do that scandalized her peers in the organization?
She is a member of the highly selective "salamat Po, doctor" club.
According to the complainant, she spends several thousands of pesos every 4 months to have her face, and possibly body too, repaired by the cosmetic surgeons at the Vicky Belo's Clinic.
Wow, sosyalan!
Of course, the best proof of the pudding is in the eating right?
look at her now if you can still connect her with the face of the former Jane censoria Cajes right when she won as SK national president.
I doubt if you could.

This Jane Censoria Cajes is flaunting her wealth.
And her peers in the SK Federation must be seething with unsuppressed revulsion looking at her comic -like face.
Actually, when I met her once in the airport together with her mother Judith Lao and Judith Lao started acting like a stupid fool by repeatedly calling Jomari Yllana but was ignored. I could not recognize her.
Judith Lao had to introduce her daughter to me because I could not recognize her. she's no longer the Jane Censoria Cajes that I knew of in the yesteryear.
She is now newly packaged and a "newly- cosmeticized " Jane Censoria Cajes, thanks to Vicky Belo's surgeons.
Again, answer this Father Cajes if you may, how in hell could an SK president finance a cosmetic treatment at Vicky Belo's Clinic on regular basis?

the complainant Junior Graftwatch also claimed that Jane Censoria Cajes has been buying other luxury items that are clearly beyond her means.
So just like her Father Reverend Fr.-Cong. Ondoy Cajes , there is an unexplained wealth issue here.

For sure, we have no idea what will happen to this case.
It could be dismissed. it could also be filed in court, depending on the evidence presented.
but what is primordial is that we are watching here a scenario where the supposed leader of the country's youth is into some highly questionable and seriously anomalous financial and personal actuation.
Needless to say, she is no longer leading the youth responsibly and within socially acceptable norms.
With the filling of the case, I doubt if her life would still be normal.
