ONE ON ONE PERSONAL INTERVIEW WITH BOHOLâ€S NEW PD Llorca
The purpose of this interview is to present it to the public so that they can be more familiarized with the newest PD coming to Bohol this past week, and understand with how he will operate on issues involving police matters and also will allow others know about his history and track record as a police member in the Philippines. This interview will allow the public to understand that he is not only a Provincial Police Director (PD) but he is also a family man.

A-7: DURING HOSTAGES TAKEN IN MANILA CITY 1 BUS FULL OF CHILDREN, WE ARRESTED ABU SAYAFF GROUP OF BOMBERS,
TYPHOON ONDOY WE EVACUATED MORE OR LESS 5000 PERSON IN THE COASTAL TOWN. WE HAVE ONLY 2 CASUALTIES-THEY FELL BY ACCIDENT DROWNING
8: What was your post prior to being assigned in Bohol?
A-8: CAMARINES SUR BICOL
Q-9: Why where you asked to replace PD Obenza who was just assigned to the post recently as Bohol Police Director and why was this transaction done in the middle of a major and national campaign?
A-9: I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER TO REPLACED SSUPT OBENZA
Q-10: How do you feel about the transfer to Bohol?
A-10: ANOTHER CHALLENGE TO MY CAREER
Q-11: What will be your important strategies to go after the “Goons†in Bohol?
A-11: MORE CHECKPOINTS, CHOKEPOINT AND PATROLLING
Q-12: Were you given any special assignment tasks to do in Bohol, if “YES†what is the task assignment given to you? (Especially you’re transferring to Bohol came in the middle of a national campaign).

Q-13: Will you be able to give your full assistance and cooperation to the local and national media on any matters that are going on here that the citizens should know about who could possibly assist you with helping solve any crime?

Q-14: Do you allow politicians or high influential persons to make friends with you in order to let them or their relatives and their friends get away with doing any illegal actions or being involved with any unlawful activities?

Q-15: What would you do if you if you know one of your friends or one of his kids were involved with illegal crime under your own jurisdiction?

Q-16: What are your thoughts regarding the campaign happenings in Bohol? And what will be your plans to make sure things do not get out of hand here?
A-16: HANDS ON, I HAVE TO GO THERE
Q-17: Before Bohol/Tagbilaran City was a considered a peaceful and safe place to be it seems like now on a daily basis we have robberies and killings whereas before these type of things did not happen here. How do you plan to correct and restore Bohol back to the way it was in its peaceful mode that it was before?
A-17: I HAVE TO APPEAR TO THE PEOPLE TO HELP THE PNP TO MAKE BOHOL THE NO. 1 TOURIST DESTINATION IN THE WHOLE WORLD
Q-18: How would you feel and be able to handle a situation involving a case that you were made aware about that some of your policemen had contaminated with evidence in order to save a friend or relative of their own?
A-18: WE WILL FIND A CASE AGAINST THEM
