Tagbilaran Task force?

i wonder about the tagbilaran taskforce. unsay function nila? to protect the the ordinary people or to abuse?
i have a question of there function, is't part sa ila job ang mangulekta ug bayad sa mga sidewalk vendors without issuing a ticket.ahmmm ag P10.00 sa BQ-unitop.the problem is di sila mag issue ug itcket sa mga vendors. lain pa jud sa Pantalan every night, P30.00 per night sa mga vendors...oh my g***...i've doubt it na d jud legal .kay ngano wa man cla g issue nga ticket? if the way cla magulecta ngano man pasecreto man...naa pa jud schedule time sa ila pangulekta 8-9pm...amg lupit dpa? nka hibaw ba kha si mayor ani?bagong pangulo dapat bagong sistima,,,,....hayyy kotong ra ghapon...mao d ta maasinso pati gagmai panginabuhi daginuton...tsk tsk...i hope matagaan ug tubag aqng pagutana...

mao nay gamit sa task force. tong collectors. hahaha. nagkiat lang na si dan lim. maypa resign na siya ug magconcentrate pagproduce ug boxing events.

aq pa ni dan lim mag gama xa boxing gym sa city hall... ;D kanang iya mga taskforce iya traningon pagka boxer.nstead maggama xa event nga mo defect sa sandugo nag boxing na hinuon ug nagkinulatahay sa ring. nawa ang pag sinandugo. dapat cultural show nstead.

d man pd cguro mag butang c mayor ug tawo nga mka daut nya, cguro sa tibuok nyang pag salig aning mga tawhana or otang pd kahang kabubut on sa panahon sa eleksyon kai dako man kaau ni natabang ang taskforce sa panahon sa election nya...abusado lang jud ni cla sa pagka ngan nga gbutang cla dha...lisud pd ug wa ni sila mga sinminar ug disiplina sa ila kaugalingon.dapat unta g paagi unta ni cla ug bug at nga training sa ila mga posisyon para ma disiplina jud. ug naa pd unta random check kung nag drugs ba kha na cla mao mga abusado. naa pai mag tambai anang shoppers mga dubok na ug nawong...lupig pai isda nga nawad an ug ice.

Ang programa raba sa bag-o natong pres. mao ang pag wala sa mga kurakot sa goberno, dapat tagaan jud ni pagtagad sa local govt. diha sa tagbilaran kay uwaw kaayo ug muabot pa kini sa kauluhan kung kini tinood man.  :(
