#1 Scenario

A local Bohol granfather rapes his four year old grand daughter repeatedly tells her it is okay and also aske and instructs her on sodomizing him at the same time he is fondling her privates.

he continually did it untill the girl was left limping and neighbors had heard the little todler screaming out loud "Stop it lolo your hurting me!"

The grandfather was not arrested instead he threatend his family who had no place to go that if they pursued a case against him knowing they are poor with no where to go he would throw them out of the house.....

#2 Scenario

A Bohol man 50 years old pleads for help two days ago was heard looking for asistance to pay for a 13 year old girl that he got pregnant who was about to deliver the baby. (No criminal actions filed against 50 yr old father).

#3 Scenario

Two neighber men aged over twenties and 30 years of age raped and killed a 7 year old girl this past week.

I find the thread's subject line so irritating, to say the least. JB, when you say "Bohol men" you seem to include my father, my brothers and all Bol-anon men I know. You got to be careful in generalizing people. Anyway, you seem to know well these incidents, so you as a concern citizen why don't you report these to the authorities? These allegations are so serious it's not funny so you as a person with knowledge to all these heinous crimes you reported here, do what is right. Please!

If these rapes and killings actually took place and the people that did it are known,
why the police just ignore it as if nothing happens?

Documents are available, your all from here you know how to get them just as well as i do. Also the newspapers have published some of it in indiscrete areas of the newspaper.

The police desk WCCD in Tagbilaran P03 Rose Marie Aveneida said all she can do as a police is to act as a mediator. How sad but true. Even I could not beleive the Dr's who are working on these children know this why can they not make a case as a profesional knowing the sittuation? Is not the Dr. state licensend to follow and comply with any laws if they have proof of a medical check up or autopsy to help and assist in filing cases.

the law is so weird in how people are treated here. they pride themselves on taking care of the rights of children but what has happened in these situations is NOT GOOD IS IT? What kind of protection do children have here when the family has no place to go and no money. It is so discriminate here all around. As if no money you have no rights so allow the bad to keep doing what is wrong.

Do not get upset if I call the kettle back "mutana na oy" because I know many here are white washed about many issues and what not.

The thread is not meant to do any personal harm no names were mentioned as there have not been any cases filed. Instead of taking it personally why not try to help these kids and these victims instead of always thinking about yourselfs.

I will just stop informing you, I will not care anymore if your all going to take things personally when a citizen is harming or killing others here. Think about the victims not yourself.

I just preach Godly versus and act blind and not warn you or inform you on what is really going on.

The men doing such actions against childen here all have adresses here. Do not take it personally or sniv about it. deal with it as it is a reality. And yes it is happening more often here in Bohol.

Do not worry about it in a personal sense if your dad, or relatives would not do such a thing. This website is generated towards Boholanos Mao ba!

If I said Filipino men are raping and abusing and killing Boholano kids do you feel less offended from the actuall 100% truth.

Many things are annoying why is it if it is happening here it is considered offensive. Oh but if we say it is another country man you do not defend them? (sniff sniff I smell double standard BS going on here.) I am just saying the truth!) now that your all so saddend by your personal feelings get over it and you try to help these children do something about it if not then your children do not come first in being protected now do they?

Iam offended i have even tried to stick up for these vitims and what a hole it really is a stinky one at that and to say "We Protect our children in Philippines" Iam laughing at how offensive this statement is when it gets right down to it! how do you like those personal apples?

JB, what they meant was the title of your post. I think they want you to modify it because it souded that ALL BOHOLANO men are doing it.

If we read our Philippine jurisprudence, we will find that there are hundreds of cases of incestuous rape. There is truth to the story presented here.

However, to say "Bohol men" is very conclusive and judgmental. Bohol's population is 1.2 million. Let's consider males aging 18 years above as men. And let's assume that there are 300,000 men out of the 1.2 million population of the province.

Are we going to say that 300,000 men currently living in Bohol are guilty of this evil crime?

Salamat for the back up Mike. Please feel free to change the title to something less tactfull instead let's re-phraze it "Some Bohol family members behaiving questionably" How can Bohol deal with these problems more than ever?" (something like that.

Last week a at JJ's Seafood Villge, a women and childrens abuse semminar was held with tagbilaran City Councilor, Anne Mariquet Oppus and councilor B. Inting who is the chairman on the women and childrens committee for the city, along with other well known professionals such as Atty. Myrna who is from from WINGS program at Holy Spirit school in Tagbilaran.

Severl other similair cases such as this were mentioned as happening in the city and around Bohol. One incident was from Tip-Tip, another from Dampas and the first one mentioned happened in Mansasa in regards to the grandfather.

There will be an article coming out in next weekends Bohol chronicle with updates from the seminar in which many Bohol persons representing all types of LGU's and NGO's organizations had gathered together to participate in.

I will try my best to try to paste it up once it get's published if not i have the original in my file.

The grandfather of one of the earlier mentioned incidents has been arrested and is now in jail and the first preliminary hearing of the case was being held last Monday March 1st. 2010. The problem was the child was to inhibited from speaking at that time.

And also let's not label other countrymen who come here and molest children to the front to first few pages of newspapers either, because here if a foreignor does the same thing it is put on front page as breaking news stories if a Filipino does the same filthy act it is either thrown out of the press as if out of sight and out of mind or put in a an unnoticable section of the newspaper such as the back pages.

Sounds fair to me.....I do remember the nasty reputation made for the USA Navy men in regards to the "Nicole Rape case" a few years back my what publicity! And if that would have been done from a Filipino to his own it would never of surfaced to that same type of amount of publicity.

I would have stayed on the side lines but I can't stop my self in answering this garbage. And not just on this thread but on all other threads on this forums. If you don't understand what is said and posted, please ask someone who knows before you post anything.

If you would have asked someone to translate it for you, you should have understood that the poster was asking if there would be more foreigners that will be inclined to visit the Philippines even if it is full of corruption, and all the other problems.

fellow membrs of TB..

though 'am newbie as I am, lest I knew, in every forum there are rules & guidelines that needed to be followed & if not strictly observed. Personally, I found the previous title of this thread provoking, frustrating to the extent of besmirching ones reputation being a Boholono (as I am) generalizing and implicating all "men" in the commission of such abominable/ heinous acts.
