Publisher Boy Guing bails himself from the Jail...
« on: April 05, 2011, 07:27:03 PM »
In a short news story that was published in the Bohol Chronicle it was said that the Sunday Post Publisher Boy Guing had already paid his arrest bail of PhP 10.000 after the trail court had set out a warrant for his arrest and another mans arrest who was writing news that was liable against an well known SK person here in Bohol.

The news published by the newspaper a few months back apparently did not hold true to any creditability there fore putting the writer D'érs and it's publisher of the paper under arrest this past week.

D' Ers is beloved to have left Bohol already. and some resources say he has also bailed himself out from arrest.

Court orders arrest of DErz
The Bohol Standard
Sunday, April 3, 2011

The Regional Trial Court (RTC) has ordered the arrest of former Sunday Post society/entertainment writer-editor Manuel Ferdinand “D Erz” De Erio for libel filed by former Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) National and Provincial President Jane Censoria Cajes-Yap.

Sunday Post publisher Ciriaco “Boy/BG” Guingguing has been indicted in the case and thus ordered arrested, too. Guingguing yesterday said he already posted bail at P10,000 for his temporary liberty but De Erio was reported to be outside Bohol.

Presiding Judge Irma Zita Masamayor of RTC-Branch 52 based in Talibon issued the arrest warrant after the Provincial Prosecution Office (PPO) found “probable cause of libel” against the two accused.

De Erio, also known as DERZ was a former trusted aide of the Cajes familiy, worked as press relation officer of then Trinidad Mayor Judith Cajes and was a staff of the SK provincial federated office at Capitol.

In its resolution last January, the Provincial Prosecution Office found “probable cause that the crime of libel was committed” and that De Erio and Guinguing “are probably guilty thereof and should be held for trial” in the proper court.

I heard from one of the media persons that it was Jane herself who had paid for the bailout of Boy Guing, not sure if it is a joke or not? The one who they were saying things against here were against Jane Cajes. None of the info printed by the post held any ground........
