Now more than 2 years in the office, Philippine President Noynoy Aquino is slowly gaining a lot of thumbs up from the Filipino people. An interesting question about him is how is he when he is in action?
PNoy as he is fondly called is known as someone laid back but his inner circle will describe him as someone obsessed with details. He doesn’t easily trust a document unless it is duly signed by the head of the department involved. He remembers details like crazy and if he sees any inconsistencies, he doesn’t mince his words. His cabinet official will really get it if he sees any discrepancies especially in the figures. One of his officials describe the experience as ‘thesis defense.’ With a few more years in the office, PNoy with his work ethic and habit can definitely help the Philippines.
