Yesterday morning I was given 40 minutes to gather a press conference together of the persons who were donatiing the PC units.
Former Vice president was expected to be there according to the planners but he was going to be a surprize for the press and the media who were present in a very well packed and crowded Flamingo Rm at the Bohol Tropics Resort.
The other guest made it along with 7 other visitors coming from the United States.
The VIP donater is also the man in charge of the technological side of the spacecraft that is now being commissioned in Mars. He is a Filipino living in California. Aside from the technological aspect of putting together one of the latest space crafts he also pantented it but does not own it as he jokingly had explained.
About 10 media men were present, the daughter and sister from Italy of cesar Montano and people from his campaign camp were also present.
Other items being discussed for future donations into Bohol including converting a recreational motorhome into a medical mission mobil on wheels.
Also used bikes will be coming here by the hundreds for the poor and school busses that are still in fair running condition so those kids with-out transportation to and from school will have a school bus to ride sometime in the future.
Cesar Montano was given several supports of applause through-out the press conference and luncheon.
The person donating the 3000 computers had in the past donated 550 PC's to Bohol but some of those PC's were never seen again and could have been put to private use instead of in the schools where they were intended to have been put in the first place.
