There is a national law that prohibits smoking in enclosed public places. But the Metrocenter Atmosphere Bar in Tagbilaran City seems unaware of this law.
They allow people to smoke inside an airconditioned bar. Good luck to all second hand smokers. Remember Atmosphere when you have lung cancer.
