The province of Bohol has failed to submit financial statements at the Commission on Audit (COA) for fiscal year 2006 together with Agusan del Norte.

Of 77 provinces, 115 cities and 1,453 municipalities, COA’s consolidated balance sheet as of December 31, 2006 showed total assets of P427.53 billion, liabilities of P88.57 billion, deferred credits of P28.78 billion and a total equity of P310.19 billion.
