Wasn't it marcos who ordered martail law?

I can not remember do to the dark blurry cloud in my head for all the things happening to my freinds this past few weks.

Maybe martail law should be reemplimented so people cal it down here and straighten up the criminalistic bad behaviors.

Maybe parts of America should be under martail law also.

Just kidding!

Thanx for keeping the thread alive. Joe has read his statement and has a cooperating witness who is a willing to testify.

pnp, just it keep to yourself that you are helping the family of the witness. it may be used to discredit your witness when he is presented before the court.

According to several attorneis accepting money for the witness is normal and accepted here for time and travel.

Especailly a witness who may be across province.

It is not that people are that rich here to use up there time gas and money and guy will need to eat during the day.

I have heard some witnesses asking more a lot more.

I understand what you are saing. 100%

at first I was opposed to the ideal but after attornies telling me different it is acceptable now in states where I am from it is not acceptable.

we have to bear in mind that these people who witnessed a crime has a life of their own... if we will pull them out from their daily routine, then we have to feed them and make sure that they are also safe from harm.  so, it really is expensive to file a case!

i suggest that any "allowance" provided by the lawyer and the victim's family to witnesses should be limited to transportation and meal allowances. and a little perhaps for the disturbance caused on them by the case. nothing more.
