Two Indian nationals wanted for grave threats surrender in Talibon
TALIBON, Bohol - Two Indian nationals who were facing charges of grave threats surrendered to the Talibon police on Thursday morning.
The suspects were identified as Sukshan Singh alias Sadu, 26, and Dispreet Singh alias Raja or King, 24. Both are businessmen and residents of Sitio Kapawan, Poblacion, Talibon.
According to the Talibon police, the suspects voluntarily surrendered at their station around 10 a.m. after learning that they had a pending warrant of arrest issued by Judge Azucena Macalolot-Credo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 in Talibon.
The warrant was issued on September 28 under criminal case number 18-4582 with a recommended bail of P72,000 each.
The suspects were temporarily detained at the Talibon police station for proper disposition. However, they were released later that day after posting bail as per the release order issued by Judge Macalolot-Credo.
