1. What : Arrested Person for Violation of RA 9165.
2. Where : Brgy. San Jose, Talibon, Bohol.
3. When : OOA 4:45 PM of October 17, 2019 (Thursday).
4. Who : (Suspects) 1. John Jason Gurrea y Maghamil, (SLT/Watchlisted), 23 years old, single, (DOB- 11/29/1995), Roman catholic, A food Caterer l and a resident of Purok-4, Poblacion, Talibon, Bohol (Arrested).
2. Jeremy Aguhar y Gatchalian, (SLT/Watchlisted), legal age and a resident of Purok-4, Poblacion, Talibon, Bohol (At-large).
5. How : Drug Enforcement Unit of Talibon PS led by PMAJ HERNAN C LEGASPI conducted a buy bust operation in coordination with PDEA Bohol under control number 20002-102019-0381 that resulted in the arrest of John Jason Gurrea while his cohort Jeremy Aguhar y Gatchalian able to evade the arrest during the said operation.
Pieces of seized evidence were:
a. One piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be shabu (subject of sale);
b. Five pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing
white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (possession); and
c. One piece five hundred peso bill PhP 500.00 used as buy-bust money.
6. Witnesses:
a. Elected Officials- Pio R.Gurrea and Nicekoro Autida , Barangay
Kagawad of Barangay San Jose, Talibon, Bohol;
b. Media Representative - Wenceslao Reyes, DYRD and DYZD media and Dave
Responte, DYTR media; and
c. DOJ Representative - Rose Villa Caballero.
7. Remarks : The seized suspected shabu has an estimated weight of 0.18 gram with DDB value of Php 1,224.00 was brought to Regional Crime Laboratory Office 7 Cebu City for examination. The arrested suspect was brought to Talibon Police Station for proper disposition.
