What    : Arrested Person for Violation of RA 9165.

2. Where    : Brgy. San Isidro, Talibon, Bohol.

3. When    : OOA 1:30 PM of October 17, 2019 (Thursday).

4. Who    : (Suspect) Marvin Torremocha y Daro aka” Bentong/Intsik”, (SLT/Watchlisted), 19 years old, single, (DOB- 03/ 18/2000), Roman Catholic, College Student of Polytechnique School and a resident of Purok 6, San Francisco, Talibon, Bohol (Arrested).
         

5. How     : Drug Enforcement Unit of Talibon PS led by PMAJ HERNAN C LEGASPI conducted a buy bust operation in coordination with PDEA Bohol under control number 20002-102019-0375 that resulted in the arrest of Marvin Torremocha.

    Pieces of seized evidence were:
    a. One piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
        crystalline substance believed to be shabu (subject of sale);

    b. Four pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing
        white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (possession); and

    c. One piece five hundred peso bill PhP 500.00 used as buy-bust money.
   
6. Witnesses:
   a. Elected Officials-  Rutchelita Autentico and Innocentes A. Garcia, Barangay
               Kagawad of Barangay San Isidro, Talibon, Bohol;
b. Media Representative - Wenceslao Reyes, DYRD and DYZD media and Dave
    Responte, DYTR media; and

c. DOJ Representative - Rose Villa Caballero.   

7. Remarks : The seized suspected shabu has an estimated weight of 0.15 gram with DDB value of Php 1,020.00 was brought to Regional Crime Laboratory Office 7 Cebu City for examination. The arrested suspect was brought to Talibon Police Station for proper disposition.
