kuyawan man sad ta sa inyong assessment? mora man ug kamo ray nasayop ug sulti sa maanindot nga description... hehehe. tigulang na baya ko mao nga kuya"koy" ang tawag.... pero bata-bata lang tan-awon.. sus nigawas gyod ang dili pag angkon, bitaw I have that strong sense of flexibility that I could relate to anyone regardless of age....

pero ang sikreto to stay young, eat fish, vegetables, more liquid (mineral water), sufficient sleep, no smoking... get relax bisan daghang stressful components... (hala nituo man ko nga bata tan-awon, sige lang naka share bitaw ko unsaon pag stay young)... hehehehe

Sir Jun mao mana akung gika-on og gibuhat pero wala man ko mabata ambot lagi..Ha..ha..ha!

hi glen, am sure this practice and lifestyle must be coupled with positive outlook in life... though dili ka mabata, dili sayo ang imong pagkatigulang tan-awon...ang atong likayan bata ug buot.... hehehe

yes, getting married, having kids and so on.. do not make the WHOLE of us...the quest of existence differs as to their own perspectives... but the bottom line is We are happy...we live not on our body but on our spirit...for when we leave in this world, we left something of substance that others would cherish...and emulate.

Naa pay sumpay ana but I could not exactly remember the words. There is also a beautiful poem which is a part of the "Flower Talk" ceremony -- about a mother's love -- but I think it should be posted in a separate thread or board... aron dili ma out of topic

for some reason i cannot see my Morning the Night EB at the Recent Posts. Just check out the Bohol Testimonial/Commentary section

The plans for the December TB EB are in their protean state.  As soon as we have more definite information, we will post the updates here.  This much is certain: it will be in December. hehehe
