Bohol Chronicle: Theater lovers need not go far to witness the magic of a play production. This summer 2010, Bohol's GreAtMinds-GreAtFuture Tutorial, Training & Enhancement Center, Tagbilaran's premier tutorial center to offer Unlimited Hours Tutorials, in cooperation with the City Government of Tagbilaran through the efforts of the City Council for Culture & the Arts (CCCA) under Atty. Danilo Bantugan, the Provincial Government of
Bohol through the office of Gov. Erico Aumentado, Steadfast Home Health Services - Houston, Texas and Mr. and Mrs. Ramir-Angeli Ramirez-Amper of Houston, Texas present a Triple Theater Presentation comprising of Severino Reyes' "The Myth of the Love Birds" adapted by Amir Archival Aluk, "Spin the Bottle" - Short Film, and Onofre Pagsanghan's "Doon Po sa Amin". The said presentations will take place at the Bohol Cultural Center come May 14, 2010 at 7 p.m.
These presentations are a product of GreAtMinds' Fun-Filled-Summer 5 Theater & Film Workshops under the expertise of GMA 7 Cebu's Direk Tatz Aluk. GreAtMinds' Bravehearts are comprised of young, skilled & talented teenagers & kids from and outside Bohol. This is GreAtMinds' 2nd Theater Production. The first theater production which made its debut last summer 2009, Melchor Morante's "Buhi sa Kanunay", made it to a re-stage performance in July of the same year. The goal of Bravehearts is not only to discover talented individuals but also to re-promote theater here in our province.
