He is joined by Board Members Aldner Damalerio and Ricky Masamayor, Tagbilaran City First Lady Jane Yap on behalf of Mayor Baba Yap, Vice Mayor Toto Veloso, Brgy. Capt. The program is under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations of the DSWD represented here by Cheryniel Nuda and Maria Gemma Umpad with Lucille Clarin of the City Social Welfare Office. Cong. Chatto turned over Financial assistance to 71 beneficiaries at the Cogon Market.
