October 7, 2020, Elements/Operatives of NBI-Bohol District Office led by Team Leader and Agent-on-Case Agt. Levi Anthony A. Royeras under the direct supervision of NBI-Bohol District Office Agent-In-Charge SA Gregorio Y. Algoso, Jr. conducted a Buy-Bust operation at Purok 1, Lindaville Subdivision, Barangay Dao, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, which led to the the arrest of the following: BATOY, LOEY NARISMO @LOY, 29 years old male(runner). Confiscated during the said operations ws three (3) pcs heat scaled transparent palstic strips containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu (including the buy-bust item) weighing MOL 0.8 grams with an estimated street market value of Php 4,500.00, one (1) pc boodle one thousand peso bill marked money bearing serial number D301539 and several unused aluminum foils. Cases for violation of Section 5 and Section 11 are now being readied for filling in court: Agent Levi Anthony A. Royeras ( Team Leader/Agent-on-Case), Agent Atty. Glenn D. Damasing and SI III Froilan Casian B. Grageda and James Paul N. Suello(Arresting Office4s).
