      A 53-year old retired employee of United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), Mrs. Hermesita L. Parras, is another lucky winner of one brand-new passenger-type multicab in the 5th Monthly Draw of “Pangkabuhayan Drive” Raffle Promo of Alturas, Plaza Marcela and Island City Mall, conducted last Friday, September 7, at the Island City Mall Activity Center, under the supervision of DTI representative, Mrs. Mercedes J. Matalines.

      A resident of 33 J.S. Torralba St., this city, Mrs. Parras retired as a bank employee of UCPB in 2005 after working for 26 years. A devout Catholic, she now devotes most of her time in serving the Church being active in all religious activities. According to her, the multicab she won will be utilized as a service vehicle for all the participants in the Couples for Christ (CFC) Christian Life Program (CLP), whenever they have meetings or sessions.

      The winner is married to Mr. Alexandre Parras, another retired employee of Coca-Cola Bottlers, Phils., Inc., who worked in the said company for 20 years. The coupole is blessed with a bubbly daughter, Carla Hermisita Parras, who is presently in her junior year as a BS Nursing student of Holy Name University.

      The five other consolation prize winners of P5,000 each are Carolin V. Realista, 78-A B. Inting St., Tagb. City (34134); Krisaliah Omac, 15 Belderol St., Tagb. City (564243); Ms. Flores Valleser, San Roque, Mabini, Bohol (55170); Jorge Tumanda, Poblacion, Loboc, Bohol (695234); and Juliet Genosas, Cantomucad, Loon, Bohol (600979).

      Other scheduled monthly draw dates are October 5, November 2, December 7 and 31. In the grand draw on December 31, one lucky customer will win a brand-new Innova J family van, and five others who will get a Yamaha STX 125 each.

      A customer can join the promo for every single cash purchase worth P200 in any of the three stores of Alturas Supermarket, Plaza Marcela, and Island City Mall. Proof of purchase is only valid on the day of purchase. All non-winning entries in the monthly draws are qualified in the grand draw.

      The Alturas Supermarket, Plaza Marcela and Island City Mall “Pangkabuhayan Drive” Raffle Promo will run until December 31, this year.
